As you probably know, Matt is a truly special person and made the entire trip amazing. His knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to interact with kids and adults are extraordinary. Many people talk about respecting nature and helping the world, but he shows this with every action. He is a tremendous role model and an incredible human being and I'm glad my kids got to spend time with him. My husband and I had a wonderful experience on the South Kaibab Hike on Monday Feb 25. Doug was a very patient and knowledgeable guide. He let us go at our pace which proved to be very SLOW!!! He was fun and laid back and we enjoyed getting to know him. He was very encouraging to me on the climb back up. He kept me talking to keep my mind off the long climb up, up, & up.!!!!!!!! The Havasupai Falls trip was more than we ever imagined. The hike down was enjoyable, and Mike catered to our every need. The next day's hike to Mooney Falls, with the climb down was both exciting for flatlanders like us, and breathtaking in its beauty. I have to admit the hike out was a real challenge for me. Florida's flat territory does little to prepare us for this king of hike; but WE made it. Once again, Mike's patience and leadership was outstanding.
The driving trip throughout Page and up to Zion was tremendous also. We can not express to you how much we appreciated the professionalism and courtesy we were shown by your company, and especially by Mike. "As you may know by now, we had an outstandingly successful and enjoyable trip. It was everything we could have hoped for, and more that we did not know that we should hope for!
I will be writing a little travelogue, initially just to record our remembrances, but I will send you a preview copy, to ensure that my facts are correct. I hope to get it published in at least our church newspaper, maybe also in a seniors' magazine or even the local newspaper. I will let you know where it appears.
Meanwhile, thank you for a most honestly delivered holiday and a well-conceived package, which we will always remember. Especially those motor rafts with HUALAPAI emblazoned on the sides. And the Oatman burros, views, spectacular scenery, geology lessons, caverns, and much more. And thanks for all the trouble and care you took to ensure it all worked OK."

"Your Rim to Rim hike was a true adventure. You just can't see what the canyon has to offer from up top and this hike gave us a chance to see it from the Colorado River up
Ribbon Falls and the colorado river were the highlights, but it was just one great spectacle after another. I thought i may have bit off more than I could chew but our guide was so encouraging and made us realize almost anyone in decent shape could do this if you pu your mind to it.
